For Standard Shipping please allow 3-7 business days for processing and shipping. For Pre orders please allow 10-14 business days for processing and shipping. For Delivery please allow up to 2 days to receive your order. During holiday season please allow 7-10 business days for processing and shipping.
Business shipping days and hours are Monday-Friday, 10AM-2PM EST. All orders placed after 2PM EST will begin processing the following business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order has shipped. You may track your order via the USPS website.
The FaShaenista Files is NOT responsible for lost packages. If your package is lost you must file a claim with USPS. The FaShaenista Files cannot file a claim on you. For all order inquiries contact customer service at: fashaenistafiles@gmail.com.
